Frequently Asked Questions


Can I make changes to apparel size after already placing the order?

Absolutely. However, you can request to change sizes and/or designs up to 48 hours after placing your order.  After 2 days, the order will have been forwarded to our manufacturing and printing department, and will undergo processing. In this case, we cannot cancel and change anymore. In cases of size changes, please immediately contact us via email. Send a message with full details to info@fandomprints.com, including your order number.

IMPORTANT: If your order is in stock (no need to print), we will ship it right away. Once in transit, we cannot change sizes anymore.

Can I change the shipping address for my order?

Just like sizes, yes, you can request to change shipment addresses up to 48 hours after placing your order. Any time after that means that it already has started production or has been in transit, which means we can’t pull it out in time, and this may incur additional fees. So be sure to send a request for address change via email ASAP - no longer than after 2 days. Email us with all order details and the corrected address to info@fandomprints.com.

If you contact us too late, it might be out of our control. In these cases, you will have to get in contact with the courier instead and coordinate the changes with them.

IMPORTANT: If your order is in stock (no need to print), we will ship it right away. Once in transit, we cannot change sizes anymore.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are welcome for the following 24 hours after placing the order. Any time that is past this time frame will not be honored. If you want to cancel, email us within 24 hours after ordering at info@fandomprints.com. Include your order number and other necessary info.



Note: We recommend that you read the following terms if you need to refund or exchange your ordered items. Once your request for refund or replacement passes the criteria required (after reading the section below), email as at info@fandomprints.com with all details necessary.

Conditions required for replacement:

  • Items must be in original packaging
  • Items must be unused and unwashed
  • Items must come in original condition as when received
  • Returns and replacements are only accepted within 7 days after receiving item
  • For damaged items: include a clear photo of the damaged part. If we can see on the photo it is damaged, we will send you a new item 100% free of charge ASAP.

  • You want a refund/return because you "changed your mind"
  • The item(s) have been worn or washed
  • The item(s) have been altered in any way
  • The item(s) are in any way defective from the original and salable condition, unless the condition is our fault

  • The item(s) were a Final Sale / Clearance item


Where do your items get made?

Our manufacturing and printing departments are located in our North Carolina facility. However, we do ship internationally.

Do you have a phone number I can call?

Right now, all our resources are dedicated to crafting the best products possible. We are currently offering customer support 100% online, through our Contact Us page and email gateway. We prioritize all customer concerns, though, so don’t worry because we will do our best in getting to you as soon as possible.

Your items are sold in USD pricing. Can I buy if I am not from the USA?

Definitely, yes you can. Whether you are using PayPal or credit card payments, the system will automatically convert it into your local currency when checking out.


Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we do!

When will I receive my order?

It is important to take note that shipping and fulfillment of orders involved two phases:

  • Production Time

In most cases, we have stocks of items (on hand). It is not uncommon though, for us to run out. In these cases we have to custom craft and print your order. This involves printing, cutting, and sewing -- all by hand! Production can take up to 5 business days. On average, it takes 3 days.

  • Shipping Time

To explain better, here’s a table for our shipping times. In a nutshell, if you are from the USA, it takes less time. It takes longer to ship to countries abroad.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is 100% FREE! (You read that right!)
For RUSH orders, we charge $10.11 for shipping.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once you placed an order, soon you’ll receive an email containing a tracking number, which you can use to check on the item’s status.



What materials do you use?

Our tees are made of cotton and polyester, providing awesome comfort. Our hoodies and tank tops are also made of fleececottonspandex and polyester, with just the right fit perfect for casual use.
